Business Description
Professional Accountant with 38 years of broad and extensive experience/expertise within the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) enforcement environment, particularly Criminal Investigations both at the field and at the Headquarters (HQ) levels. Will help clients properly file personal and GST/HST tax returns and respond professionally and legally to personal, corporate and GST/HST CRA enforcement enquiries and proposals in a comprehensive manner which will lead to the best possible resolution.

Examples of services that I could provide/assist on, are as follows:
• Interpret, understand and explain CRA’s approach, purpose and/or position in a specific audit and/or criminal investigation;
• Review actions taken and/or legal documents written, by CRA officials of CID, Audit, Collections and/or Appeals and identify important issues and any potential deficiencies;
• Meet with CRA officials and/or clients to discuss/obtain the best possible resolution;
• When necessary, reconstruct the client’s books and records and calculate net/taxable income (This may or may not involve CRA); and
• Quantify financial losses of any kind (i.e. White-Collar Crime including theft or embezzlement that may or may not involve CRA).
