  What happens when you get a crowd of local business owners in the same room?! Collaboration, new ideas, problem solving, real life chats, powerful networking connections and companionship.

  Join our next monthly Chamber social where we discuss our biggest business challenges, get ideas on new ways to grow and form new connections with people you want to have in your corner. 

  At this event, in honour of mental health month, we will have guest speaker and member Meghann Gervais-Lynch from Health Girl to talk about the entrepreneur's struggle to find time for self-care and how it affects home life and your business performance. 

  We will chat about the unique challenges that entrepreneurs face with stress & mental health, guilt & prioritizing self-care, and what the signs of burnout are & what to do about them when you see them (and maybe how to prevent burnout from happening at all).

  We will share stories and ideas, our challenges and our triumphs, in a space where we will be supported and understood. All are welcome to join, share and learn.

  This is an open networking event sponsored by the North Dundas Chamber of Commerce.
